This handy little Japanese fret saw is similar to our other A grade fret saw but has a shorter length of cut and a slightly narrower kerf (.021") It's used to re-cut or deepen fret slots without opening up the width of the slot. It cuts on the pull stroke for smoother cutting.
Length of cut is 5" and the saw comes fitted with an adjustable gauge for pre-setting the depth of cut.
